Hi Peggy, I love your new home, awesome. I must admit that I have always had the wrong image of yoga. I had the image of some circus artist with the legs in the neck. Oh how wrong we can be. I absolutely love the wholesomeness of it now I have wizened up, it is so not just gymnastics. As I live on the other side of the world I cannot attend your one day retreat but when I look how you walk your talk I am sure you and Teresa will create the best Self-care ever.
Wholeness of Body, Mind and Spirit, what more does one want.

Think of yoga as 5,000 year old Original Thinking 🙂 (and wrapping myself up into a pretzel isn’t yoga…that’s the ego showing off…if the ego could make my legs wrap around my neck…LOL)
Hi Peggy .. I definitely need some of these healing processes and need to start taking care of myself – fortunately it’s just bringing back into line .. I’ve been strong enough to be sensible and not break – at times I wonder how .. but things seem finally to be slotting into place .. challenges ahead – but the wood is clearing & to start with I’ll do some gently healing .. while I continue the caring for my. All things lead to ‘Rome’ at the moment .. ready for the future and moving forward without “falling over” when my Ma goes .. so I’m ready. All’s well .. but I do look forward to being able to join in some of these aspects of healing, but need to do what I can here for the time being. Also like Wilma .. I’m a little far away and there’s a big cold pond in between!
